Our focus has been the enabling of offshore operation off the US North East Coast as the burgeoning sectot esbalishes a foothold in the US energy mix.
This has required compliance with heavy regulatory monitoring a harsh physical environment and the management of both US and euorpean contractors.
This included the management of the Federal and State licensing and planning process, as well as a complex competitive procurement exercise requiring detailed risk identification and mitigation, as we worked with the engineering teams to develop the most effective work programmes.
We achieved the high standards of safety, environmental responsibility, technical innovation and operational performance expected for the marine acitvities, whilst delivering on budget.
